About Night Raven Contracting
Registered Ontario general contractor & multi-trade renovation specialists headquartered in Richmond Hill.
Transparent, Owner-Led Craftsmanship Across York Region & the GTA
Founded and led by principal general contractor Farid Fakori, Night Raven Contracting (registered in Ontario as NIGHTRAVEN) was built to solve the biggest frustration homeowners and commercial property owners face: unreliable subcontractors, vague quotes, and poor communication.
We execute and coordinate our projects directly—combining custom kitchen cabinetry, large-format porcelain and hardwood flooring, walk-in glass showers, basement finishing, commercial steel-stud framing, drywall, licensed plumbing, certified electrical, and HVAC under one accountable roof.
Every project is backed by an itemized written contract, milestone-based payments, full Ontario Building Code compliance, and our written 1-Year Workmanship Warranty.
